The spacious condo sleeps up to 10 people in beds with 3 bedrooms plus a large loft with a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, TV and beautiful mountain views. This master bathroom features a bath/tub combo and separate vanity area. The guest bedroom on bottom level has a queen bed and full bathroom.
The other guest bedroom located on the top level has a double bed and bunk bed. The loft has a queen bed and two twin beds for additional sleeping. The kitchen features high end appliances and a breakfast bar with additional seating. There is a dining room table that seats up to 8. The condo features hard wood floors, leather sofa sleeper, love seat, large HDTV, gas fireplace, stunning views from the third floor, complimentary wi-fi, car port, access to a washer/dryer (in separate building) and more!
There is a large deck with BBQ with views of the mountains and the town. Sliding glass doors from the living room allow you to enjoy the view from the living room as well.
Located towards the base of Wildernest with amazing views of the mountains and the town, this condo is an ideal location. Also nearby is the free Summit Stage bus that will take you to all the major ski resorts in Summit County.

Please note that we have monthly rentals available for this condo until 11/30. After 11/30, we are not taking any long term rentals in the winter (beyond 3 weeks). If bringing a large group, please note that there are only two bathrooms and room for 6 on furniture in living area. Renters must be 25 years and older to rent.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.
COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

CLEANING: SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: Unfortunately, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19.
COOKING: Cook your own meals in home, even bring your own food from home.
SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
