Located with a short 20 to 30 drive to 4 major ski resorts. Easy drive to Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. Drive a little further and you can be in Vail or Beaver Creek.
Hiking Trails run right though the Three Peaks Development. You can hike from the front door into the surrounding national forest. Other summer activities include fly-fishing and sailing. The gold medal Blue River is world renown for its monster trout. The nearby Dillon Reservoir, which is in view from the home, features Pontoon rentals, sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing.
Return after a day on the slopes or hiking trails to the private hot tub or the game room at this fabulous home.
There is an outdoor gas fireplace on the lower level porch along with the large private hot tub. The grill and patio furniture are located on the upper level deck. Both the deck and porch boast incredible views of the Silverthorne valley. You can see from Keystone to Breckenridge.
The main floor master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath. The bath has a jetted tub and dual headed shower with an additional rain fall shower head from the ceiling. Boasting similar views to the living area you also have a private deck.
The large upstairs bedroom is great for kids. With 2 twin bunks and another twin over double bunk there's a total of 6 separate beds in this bedroom. This bedroom also features its own TV and chairs with and ensuite bathroom.
There are three additional bedrooms down stairs.
The first downstairs bedroom is considered the second master. It has its own exit to the deck with great views of the Silverthorne valley. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a large bubble bath (not jetted). This bedroom has a queen bed.
The second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bath shower/tub combo.
The third downstairs bedroom has two twin beds.
There is a bathroom with a shower and door that leads out to the hot tub area. The shower features a steam generator.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.
COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

CLEANING: SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire.
