SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: As of July 24, 2020, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. These amenities may be unavailable for the entire 20/21 season.

This beautiful and recently updated 2 bedroom condo overlooks the Ten Mile Creek and is located just a few blocks from the Main Street of Frisco. It boasts all the amenities one needs to enjoy a mountain getaway including a wood-burning fireplace, jetted deep soaking bath tub in master bathroom, washer/dryer, a garage and several decks overlooking the creek. The full kitchen has all of the appliances and utensils one would need to entertain.
The master bedroom has a new Sealy Posturepedic king bed and its own private bathroom with a deep soaking jetted tub and low flush toilet. There is also a new flat panel HD TV in master bedroom, along with an i-pod dock. The guest bedroom has a twin and double bed along with its own private bathroom.
You are just steps away from all of the adventure this county has to offer. Step out the door and cross-country ski or snowshoe in the winter on the nearby rec path, hop on the free bus to one of the ski resorts or hit up the new Frisco Adventure Park including a super fun tubing hill. In the summer, there are several trail heads near by, the long rec path for a bike ride or walk and the Frisco Marina is always a great place to visit. After a long day of adventure, come back and sit by the fire or hop in the outdoor hot tub just steps from the front door. There is also an indoor hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, game room and small exercise room. This is the perfect condo in the perfect mountain town no matter what the season.
This condo is also walking distance to many Frisco restaurants, retail shops and activities. Summit Stage is just a short walk away and provides the free shuttle bus through all of Summit County. Close to I-70, you are just 25 minutes from Vail.
